Get My Child Back On Track™ Program Concept:

From our experience, most children with Developmental Disorders have the following in common:

  1. Something has interfered with the child’s normal developmental process.
  2. Because of this interference, the child has not progressed through normal neuro-development.
  3. Because of this incomplete neuro-development, the child has symptoms which are used as the basis for some diagnosis of some specific Developmental Disorder.

The programs which are available for the child with some Developmental Disorder tends to be programs which attempt to treat the child’s symptoms. Generally speaking, parents spend fortunes in programs which attempt to treat the child’s symptoms with little or no success.

Symptoms Are Not The Problem

The child’s symptoms are not the problem. They are simply the signals that there is a problem. If the child is hyperactive, that is a symptom of the lack of proper neuro-development. Medications might stop the hyperactive behaviors, but they do nothing to get your child’s development back on track. And, even if you stop the hyperactivity with some medication, the child will almost always have other symptoms which indicate that the child has not gone through their normal developmental process.

The medication does nothing to move the child forward through the normal developmental process. Most programs don’t even address the stuck developmental process. In fact, all the diagnostic categories for Developmental Disorders (such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, or any of the others) clearly say that there is no cure for these problems. From our experience they have found no cure, because they are only trying to treat the symptoms and the symptoms are not the problem.

What Is The Problem?

Well, clearly something has interrupted the normal developmental process. This should be the focus of any program to get your child back on track. This is logically obvious, but there has been no progress in finding the cause of the interruption using traditional concepts of what Developmental Disorders are and how to treat them.

The child’s symptoms are difficult for the child, the family, and for anyone in contact with that child. But, if you focus on this symptoms, you will never get your child back on track.

Successful Recovery Of Your Child

Successful recovery for your child (getting your child back on track) will not be a program about your child’s diagnosis or your child’s symptoms. It will be a program which identifies what has interrupted your child’s developmental progress and which provides an intervention which removes the blockage and moves your child forward through the normal steps and stages of neuro-development.

  1. We perform tests to determine what has blocked your child’s developmental progress and caused your child’s symptoms.
  2. We coach you on how to create an environment which is free from the influences which have blocked your child’s developmental progress.
  3. As soon as your child’s developmental process re-engages, we teach and coach you how to work with a series of exercises which encourages the neuro-development you child has been missing.
  4. Throughout this process, we track your child’s progress and guide you on the next steps which are needed for your child.
  5. All of our coaching and testing will be accomplished by phone/skype, online, and/or email so we can work with you and your child anywhere in the world.

We have been doing this work of getting children back on track from Developmental Disorders for over ten years. We have worked with hundreds of children and when parents commit to this process and follow-through with it, their children get back on track.

1. Our Testing Process

Children with Developmental Disorders are hypersensitive and are reacting to a variety of environmental factors. Many of these factors are things they touch, eat, or breathe everyday, so they never stop their reactions. These reactions are what is blocking their normal developmental progress. Our testing process determines what you child reacts to in his/her environment.

To perform the testing process, you will complete an online form which indicates all that your child normally eats or drinks. You also list all of the household chemicals and all the personal hygiene products used in your home. Our testing process involves measuring changes in the voice as each of these listed items are spoken. We do this testing by phone or skype. the testing usually takes less than an hour and you get the results immediately.

2. Our Coaching Process

We help you understand and implement the changes you need to make for you to make your home be free of these environmental factors your child is reacting to. We do this coaching by phone/skype, email, and online forum.

3. Exercises Encouraging Neuro-Development

These are exercises we have developed which helps your child’s neurology catch-up. These exercises depend on your child’s age and ability to perform them. They have been proven to drive the developmental process forward so that your child can catch up with peers.

We provide a variety of formats for teaching you these exercises including video and discussion groups.

4. Tracking Your Child’s Progress

If you child is 6 or older, we have an online test to determine your child’s progress with these exercises. If your child is younger than 6, then we gauge your child’s progress by tracking developmental progress. Our conversations with you about this progress will be by phone/skype, email, and online forum.
